In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Grand Chess League Season 1 (the "Event") organized by the Global Telangana Association (GTA) Utah Chapter, I, the undersigned (or parent/guardian if the participant is under 18), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the Event involves certain risks, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury.
- Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the GTA Utah Chapter, its officers, volunteers, and the venue owners from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the Event.
- Medical Treatment: I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this Event.
- Photography & Media: I grant GTA Utah the right to use photographs, video, or motion pictures of this Event for any legitimate purpose, including social media (@gta.utah) and the official website.
- Code of Conduct: I agree to abide by the rules of the tournament and maintain a high standard of sportsmanship.
