ఇడుపు ఇడుపున జానపదములు ఇంపుగా పూసిన కవనవనంబులు అనే తెలంగాణ చరిత్రని నిజం చేస్తూ సాహిత్య కళాకారులు, సంప్రదాయ జానపద కళలలని ప్రోత్సహిస్తూ తెలంగాణ సంస్కృతిని భవిష్యత్తు తరాలకి అందించాలనే సమున్నత ఆశయాన్ని విశ్వ వేదికగా సాక్షత్కరించేలా తొలి ప్రస్థానాన్ని ప్రారంభిస్తుంది.
